CANCELLED – Bill Orders Memorial

The Bill Orders Memorial organising team have advised the Victorian Rally Panel that the event will not be running as scheduled in 2021.  With the Covid-19 Pandemic creating difficulties for the directing team and creating uncertainty about the ability to proceed with the post-event dinner and celebration in Bill’s honour after the event the organisers have elected to focus on a 2022 event.
